"Young at Art" Congress 14-15 March 2013

Maltepe University Faculty of Fine Arts is accepting abstracts for the International Congress of the Students of Fine Arts, which will be held in Istanbul between 14-15th of March, 2013.

Students of Arts from various fields, in accordance with the requirements of their professional area, are expected to discuss the dichotomy of being a producer of art and a learner in art in the sphere of education, the problems and proposals of the creative process and global approaches required for it and the ongoing relationship between art and ideology. They are welcomed to focus on the effects that they, themselves, will have on the future of art and design elaborated by the fact that the artistic products have a space to be reproduced and represented.

There is NO Registration Fee!  Participants attending the conference will be hosted by Maltepe University at our 5-star Marma Congress Centre (www.marmakongremerkezi.com).  Participants will only have to pay their travel expenses which will be at a discounted rate with the courtesy of Turkish Airlines, the best airline in Europe in 2012.  All other expenses will be provided by Maltepe University!
